Apartment building

This bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of an apartment house in Přelouč. The proposed building has four floors, no basement with 15 residential units, technical facilities and 14 individual garages. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry is contact insulated with facade expanded polystyrene and plastered with a thin layer of gray and white plaster. The fillings of the openings are plastic windows, including plastic entrance doors with a side skylight. Horizontal structures form monolithic reinforced concrete slabs reinforced unidirectionally or in both directions. The roof of the building consists of a flat roof with a vegetation layer. The apartment building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The building is designed regarding the existing surrounding housing development. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also a basic assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety solutions.
Operational project of semi-automatic line for production plastic windows

This diploma thesis deals with plastic windows semi-automatic production line in the company RI-Okna. The system of storage, handling and weaknesses of the production line are described. The solution is fleshed out into a technological project, including economic evaluation and technical drawings.
Selected Parts of the Construction Technology Project for an Apartment Building in Kroměříž

In my master’s thesis, I deal with the preparation and implementation of selected parts of the construction technology project of an apartment building in Kroměříž. It is a non-basement building with 5 above-ground floors. The content of my master’s thesis is the preparation of a technical report for a construction and engineering project, a coordination situation with the solution of closer traffic relations, an assessment of the route of the tower crane, the object's time and financial plan, calculation according to THU, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, a construction site equipment project, which contains a technical report of the construction site equipment for rough construction and finishing works, as well as drawings for the given stages, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, an itemized budget for selected parts of SO 01.4, a technological regulation for the ETICS insulation system, a technological regulation for the installation of windows. Control and test plans were drawn up for both technological regulations. Furthermore, in my diploma thesis, there are catchment systems of flat roofs and the blow-door test.
A family house with an establishment

This bachelor thesis is focused on design of family house with an establishment serving as financial consultancy. The object is located in cadastral area of Strání and has a partial basement with two above-ground floors. The house is established for four member family. External walls of the basement are bulit of permanent formwork. External walls of above-ground walls are bulit of clay blocks Porotherm 30 Profi with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by prefabricated rib-and-filler floor system MIAKO. Staircase is designed as two times bent slab. Part of the object is roofed with a warm flat roof, the other part with roof truss with roof slope of 35°.
Mixed-use building

This diploma thesis depicts project documentation for realization of a mixed-use building in Hradec Králové. The designed object includes fifteen flats in four storeys, a café, a hairdressing salon and no cellar. Vertical load-bearing walls of the first storey are designed to be built of reinforced concrete. Vertical load-bearing walls of the other storeys are designed to be built of ceramic blocks. The outside wall is insulated with expanded facade polystyrene and plastered with a thin-layer textured cream plaster. The last storey has a ventilated facade made of fibre reinforced concrete panels. The openings are filled with plastic windows including an aluminium entrance door with a fanlight. Horizontal constructions are made of monolithic reinforced concrete panels which are reinforced in one dimension. The roofing in designed as a flat roof with a layer of vegetation. The foundations of the multifunctional house are based on concrete piles and a reinforced concrete slab. The design of the object respects current housing in the area. The diploma thesis includes a basic review of construction physics and fire safety layout.
Analysis of the Selected Company by the Selective Methods

This master´s thesis is focused on analysis of the company which is situated in the pro-duction of plastic windows and profile systems. Analysis of the actual state is made through the analysis of the inner and outer environment, financial situaction is estimated with the Kralicek Quick Test. Thesis includes suggestions and recommendations which will cause improvement of the situation at general in following years.
Guest house with restaurant, Plumlov

The subject of this master´s thesis is the construction of the guest house with restaurant in the village Plumlov near Prostejov. It is a building with a floor partially sunk into the ground and two floors. Basement is designed as part of the restaurant. Floors are designed for the guest house. In the pension there is a total of 6 accommodation rooms with a total capacity of 15 persons. The restaurant has a comfortable dining area for 25 people. The restaurant also includes a kitchen where they will prepare hot meals. Cladding basement of the shuttering and floors are designed as wood house by system "two by four". The ceiling above the restaurant is designed as a system, reinforced concrete, folded (TRAS system). The ceiling above the 1st floor is designed with wooden ceiling beams. The roof is gabled with unbalanced tendencies. The building is based on the foundation strips.
Detached house

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design and preparation design documentation for the building proces of a new detached house in village Kostelec of Zlín region. The building is situated on parcel number 315/137, in the cadaster unit of Kostelec u Zlína. The house is divided on living part for a four-member family and business part – surgery. The building is a two-floor detached house with partly cellar. Next to parcel is road of fourth category. A ground plan is shape of L with flat roof. Constructionist system is brocked from ceramic bricks blocks. Bachelor’s thesis has the formo f desing documentation for the building proces which is in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards.

The underground structure is formed as a white tank. Each apartment is well lit by large plastic windows. Each apartment has a terrace or loggia, which is lined with wood and creates a unique look of the apartment building.
